The vessels are open-deck fibreglass launches, designed for coastal cruising rather than offshore passage, with bench seating for twelve to sixteen passengers. Morning departures between nine and eleven offer the calmest sea state, as the afternoon tramontana wind often picks up after midday.

The twelve-euro per-person rate for the standard daily tour remains among the most accessible entry points to Costa Brava maritime tourism, undercutting both kayak rental and motorised water sports. The vessels operate from March through October, with reduced frequency outside July and August.
